Our goodwill return policy allows you to request a refund for items purchased online at uspoloassn.com.au within 28 days (excluding sale items), provided you have a valid receipt or parcel summary documentation.

For sale items, the return period is 14 days from the date of receiving the goods. If your return meets our policy criteria, we will refund the purchase price of the product to your original payment method.

The refund process is typically completed within 10 working days of receiving the returned goods. However, during sale or peak times, this may take up to 14 working days. Refund processing times may also vary depending on your bank. If you receive a faulty item, we will replace it free of charge.

Please note that underwear items are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons, except in cases of faulty goods.
